We created this simple website to explain differences between renting people as lower cost staff from offshore companies vs. hiring people to work for you same as long-term career employees through an HR corporation in the Dominican Republic. The cost to hire can be 50% less than comparable employees in the mainland USA.

The DR is 2 hours from Miami, right here in America's backyard! The people are college educated, bilingual English/Spanish and are culturally American. Many have dual citizenship with USA yet can work remote from DR for half the cost of the mainland USA.

Summary of our Service:   First, we are NOT any type of offshore company such as call centers, outsourcing or virtual assistant firms. Most American companies that try these offshore services cancel when realizing the failures, overselling their abilities and low quality outweigh the benefit of lower cost.

Our business model is simple and common sense. Imagine you hired Nicole in the USA through an HR company like ADP or Paychex. She works for you same as a career employee while on paper is technically employed by the HR company.

You are not renting her from a company as what happens with call centers, outsourcing or virtual assistant firms. With the HR/payroll strategy a person like Nicole fits in and works for you same as a long-term loyal career employee.

Our business model is similar except our HR company and the people like Nicole are located in the Dominican Republic (only 2 hours from Miami) where the cost to hire excellent people to work for you same as career employees is half that of employees in the mainland USA.
